For 31 years, Dream Day on Cape Cod has committed to bringing respite to children with serious and/or life-threatening illnesses and their families. Located in Brewster on a 31-acre site bordering Nickerson State Park, Dream Day has supported countless families in taking a break from the constant cycle of hospital and doctor visits, as well as continuous care, allowing them to reconnect with each other and with those who empathize with their experiences at Camp Nan-Ke-Rafe.
Each summer they operate eight sessions of family camp – bringing families together for a week of fun, family, and recess. Their hope is that families have the chance to create loving, lasting memories that transcend illness and struggle. Dream Day on Cape Cod provides housing, meals and activities, etc., all at no cost to these families.
